What’s Radiant Connect?
Radiant Connect is for anyone who wants to take their next step at Radiant, whether that’s learning more, becoming a member or finding how God made you. At Radiant Connect, which is held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on the first three Sundays of each month, you’ll explore who we are as a church and learn how God uniquely made you. Lunch and childcare are provided.
Step 1: Connect to the Church
Radiant Connect begins with Step 1, where you will hear the story of Radiant Church and learn about our mission, vision and structure. This step is designed to help you see what Radiant is all about and what it means to be part of our church family. Step 1 also gives you the opportunity to become a member of Radiant Church and start building relationships with others who are on the same journey. Whether you are new to faith or new to Radiant, Step 1 is the perfect place to begin.
Step 2: Connect to Your Calling
Step 2 is focused on helping you discover how God uniquely designed you. Through a spiritual gift assessment and learning about your personality, you will gain a deeper understanding of how your strengths, passions and wiring reveal your God-given purpose. This step will encourage and equip you to use your gifts to make an impact. Step 2 is about walking in the calling God has placed on your life.
Step 3: Connect to the Great Commission
In Step 3, you will learn how to put your calling into action. This step introduces you to the Dream Team and Radiant’s leadership culture and gives you the opportunity to join a serve team (or take another step) where your gifts can be used to serve others. Step 3 is all about living on mission and saying yes to the Great Commission by using your gifts to build God’s Church and impact the world around you.

What are some serving opportunities?
We call our serve team the Dream Team — and there’s a place on it just for you! Whether you love working behind the scenes or being front and center, there’s a role that fits your passions and personality. You can help welcome people at the door, lead kids in Radiant Kids, run a camera for our livestream, or bring creative ideas to life through photography or graphic design. Here are just a few of our Dream Teams:
- GREETING & USHER TEAM: Smiles and high-fives at the door.
- PRAYER TEAM: Intercede and minister to people.
- SECURITY & PARKING: Keep our spaces safe and flowing.
- WORSHIP: Use your voice or instrument to lead others in worship.
- PRODUCTION: Operate cameras, livestream, slides, lighting, and sound.
- CREATIVE: Photography, photo editing, video, social media, and graphic design.
- HOSPITALITY: Make people feel at home with coffee, food, and a warm welcome.
- RADIANT KIDS: Help raise up the next generation of Jesus-followers.
Whether you’ve got an hour or a full morning to give, every role matters and makes a difference. And don’t worry — we’ll train you, support you, and help you thrive.

What’s available for youth and students?
Bold Youth meets every Monday night and is the place to be for students in grades 6–12. From high-energy worship and engaging teaching to legit friendships and fun games, it’s way more than just a youth group — it’s a movement. Students get the chance to grow in their faith, ask honest questions, and connect with mentors who care. Whether your teen is brand new to church or already on fire for God, there’s room for them to belong, grow, and lead. We host the Bold Conference each year — designed to help students encounter Jesus and live bold lives for Him.
